Terms of payment

A binding booking is made after payment of 50% of the total tour price. The remaining payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the agreed check-in date (receipt of payment by us).

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of completing the booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future. 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in. If the house is re-let, the corresponding period will be refunded.

Minimum rental period

2 nights, any day of arrival

Late June to mid-September the minimum rental period is 7 days, arrival and departure on Saturdays.

10 % discount from 7 nights.

Fees and charges

Cleaning fee 90 € per stay. Intermediate cleaning on request.

Dogs (max. 2) € 25 per stay.

In Warmenhuizen a so-called "Toeristenbelasting" (tourist tax) is payable: € 2.35 per person per night.
